Yoga For Life™

The Expert In Life™ Program can be taught with or without Yoga For Life. Crescent Moon by Erhard Vogel

Yoga For Life can also be taught as an independent Program.

It doesn’t take long before you find your body and mind feeling so much better, more vital, more alert and energetic.

Physical tension and fatigue interfere with our concentration, effectiveness and enjoyment. Yoga For Life teaches concentration and relaxation at will, through direct experience. It also helps participants fully absorb the teachings offered in the lectures.

Back-pain and stiffness can be extreme hindrances. Yoga postures strengthen the muscles supporting the spine and lubricate the joints, providing relief from pain and increased energy and efficiency. In Yoga For Life classes people quickly learn to establish themselves in positive patterns that will help them for the rest of their lives.

The Yoga For Life method teaches participants to function in empowerment, confidence and balance. This positive stance influences daily life at work, at home and in all relationships. The result is increased success, health and enjoyment.

The yoga postures are taught in conjunction with breathing exercises and a triad of techniques that participants use to create and maintain a state of clarity, balance and ease. Yoga For Life teaches participants how to use these techniques for maximum benefit in their daily life.

“My energy level is up dramatically, and I find myself more alert and active. I find now that I am never under stress and that I can calmly and objectively pursue the company objectives. I am 46 years old and I feel like I am 30. I owe Erhard my deepest thanks.”
